Bertrand A. Zalinsky Bert's practice also includes real estate & probate, real estate development, construction, and financing arrangements, representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, owners and other stakeholders in a variety of legal contexts including: commercial real estate purchases, sales, exchanges, and commercial leasing, subdivisions and condominiums, title and abutter issues, landlord-tenant, prescriptive easements, petitions to partition, mortgage foreclosures, developer/ condominium association /homeowner matters, mechanic's liens, construction issues, real estate tax abatements, and real estate broker issues. Bert also represents business borrowers and individuals in loan restructuring and workouts, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, liquidations, and in bankruptcy proceedings. Bert received his B.A. from Boston University in 1974, and his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1980.
