At Cronin & Bisson, we firmly believe that expert counsel does more than solve problems: It helps attain business and personal goals. Our mission is to provide each client with the highest level of professional legal service available as we champion our clients' diverse objectives.

Welcome to Cronin & Bisson, P.C.
We appreciate your visit to our website. Cronin & Bisson, P.C. is a Manchester, New Hampshire based law firm that seeks to find creative and cost effective solutions to the needs of our clients. We take pride in the long term relationships we have established with our clients and appreciate the trust that they have placed in us. We do not take that trust for granted and we strive each day to build on that trust with the attention and professionalism that our clients deserve.

Cronin & Bisson, P.C., formed in 1991 as Wenger & Cronin, P.C., serves the needs of corporate, association, and individual clients. The firm is engaged in the general practice of law and provides legal services in civil litigation, real estate acquisitions, tax abatements, development and management of commercial real estate, eminent domain, employment, personal injury, probate, insurance law, construction law, community association law, bankruptcy, land use planning and zoning, and corporate law.

Members of the firm are admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. Our attorneys appear in all New Hampshire state courts, the United States District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Board of Tax and Land Appeals and various administrative tribunals. In addition, we regularly appear before local land use planning boards. Our attorneys are supported by a staff dedicated to providing the highest degree of professional service.

We have successfully challenged the constitutionality of tax legislation and local ordinances. In addition, we have assisted in the conversion of large multi-family properties to the condominium form of ownership. We regularly provide counsel to clients seeking to develop property despite increasing efforts to curb development on both local and state levels.

We also represent individuals seeking to rebuild their lives after an accident or injury. Our clients have included children injured by improperly manufactured toys and dog attacks. We have also represented clients involved in serious car accidents, industrial accidents, and accidents resulting from poorly maintained properties.

We appreciate that while many of our clients would prefer not to involve lawyers in their critical matters, unforeseeable circumstances often leave them no choice. When our clients call, they rely on us to respond in a prompt, professional, and cost-effective manner. Our goal is to exceed these expectations.
